Tim Moore, (Digital Retention Specialist for The New York Times Company) teaches that social (or new) media isn’t 'new' anymore; it now is simply about intelligent business. His mission is to help and teach companies to understand the new customer buying behaviors and to help them implement engagement strategies that deliver real value to their online brand, and reach their target audience in their respective market through these emerging online and mobile channels.

Tim, most recently, was the CEO of 20/20 Media, President of SayItSocial, a social media marketing and education company, and is the weekly co-host of SayItSocial radio, the leading social media for business radio show online.  He has been engaged in technology consulting for nearly 20 years and has gained a reputation for his deep industry knowledge of new media, the transparent enterprise and social engagement.  Tim is frequently tapped to speak at events such as Social Fresh,  Social Media World Forum, REBarCamp, and the  Social Media Business Forum – Europe 2010, and is regularly contacted as a social media referenceTim is also getting help for his chronic addiction to Karaoke.
